Privacy policy
Last updated 2 August 2026
This site has no form, no account, no sign-in and no analytics. It does not collect personal data from you beyond what a web request unavoidably carries, and it writes nothing to your device. What follows describes the little that does happen.
Controller
NEEDNET & TECHNOLOGY s.r.o., Větrná 2725/28, Severní Terasa, 400 11 Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic. Company ID 06952755, VAT ID CZ06952755. Registered with the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, file no. C 51015. Contact: obchod@nnat.cz.
Cookies and local storage
This site writes nothing to your device. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no tracking of any kind. That is why you were not asked to accept anything.
Regional distributor notice
When you open this page, our edge network derives an approximate country and city from your IP address in order to display the distributor responsible for your region. This happens during the request, in memory. Your IP address is not stored by us, not written to your device, and not shared with any third party. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The interest is being able to tell a visitor who sells this product where they are. Only the country and city are read, only for the moment it takes to choose one name, and neither is written to a log, a database or a file. No geolocation service outside our own infrastructure is contacted — your IP address is never sent to another company for this.
Where the site runs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider. To deliver a page and to protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes the request itself, including your IP address, on our instructions and for no purpose of its own. A hosting provider in this position is a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, not a third party we pass your data to.
If you write to us
The address above reaches a mailbox we read. If you use it, we process what you send — your address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in the message — in order to answer you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep correspondence for no longer than twelve months after the last message, and usually delete it sooner. Where a message is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, we keep it until that is settled.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, for rectification or erasure, for restriction of processing, and for portability; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to obchod@nnat.cz and we will answer within one month.
One limit is worth stating plainly: because a visit leaves nothing behind, we hold no record that would let us recognise you from it. We cannot produce, correct or erase what was never kept (Art. 11 GDPR). Correspondence you have sent us is a different matter, and those rights apply to it in full.
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal data wrongly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic.
Changes
Any change to this policy is published on this page, and the date at the top is updated with it.
